FAQ: Warranty

The Limited Warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from Bluecare®, its authorized dealers and distributors. Please contact Customer Service at service@bluecarewater.com

The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Bluecare will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or manufacturing defect under normal use and maintenance. Bluecare may use new or refurbished replacement parts.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem or malfunction that is caused by conditions or damage not a result of defects in materials or workmanship.
